Can I have my parcels delivered to an alternative address?
By creating an account with us you can save up to 6 delivery addresses in your account – this is quick and easy to manage and will help speed you through the checkout process next time you shop with us.
Go to the ‘address book’ in ‘your account’ and click on the ‘add delivery address’ button and enter the new details – simple! You can change or delete any of them any time you like.
We are unable to deliver to certain addresses, including PO Boxes, Hospitals, Airports and Prisons.
