When will I receive confirmation that my order is on it's way to me?
Once your order has been confirmed, our warehouse will pick and pack your items to hand over to our carrier. Once your parcel is handed over to our carrier, you'll receive a confirmation of despatch e-mail.
Your confirmation of despatch email will contain your tracking details. Details of how to track your parcel can be found at our Tracking Your Order section of the FAQs.
