When will I receive confirmation that my order was successful?
Once your payment has been successful, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your order details and that the order was completed successfully.
Your items are only confirmed once they have been picked and despatched.
Please note that the order confirmation e-mail is just confirmation that your payment has been accepted, you will receive a separate confirmation of despatch e-mail once your items have been picked, packed and have left our warehouse to start their journey to you.
