Why can't I sign into my account?
If your having trouble signing in...
Please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us.
If you forget your password, you can ask us to reset it for you. An e-mail containing a link to enable you to create a new password will be sent to the email address you signed up to us with, but please make sure that you check your junk email folder in case it makes it's way there.
