How do I return unwanted items (from outside of the UK)?

We hope you’ll love every River Island purchase you make, but if you ever need to return an item you can do so within 28 days of receipt.

For your convenience you can return items in the following ways:-

- Via your Postal Service 
- To any River Island Store within the following countries:-

United Kingdom (excluding Selfridges and our Jersey store)
Republic of Ireland
The Netherlands
Belgium

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns to any of our other International Stores.

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on food, grooming products, pierced jewellery and underwear. In addition, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed.

Gifts, cosmetics and electrical goods must be returned in a good condition with their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
