At what stage is payment taken from my card?
We will gain bank authorisation for your debit/credit card once you place an order with us. However, your card will not be charged, until we despatch your goods to you.
Upon despatch you will receive an email from us to confirm which items are being sent and the exact amount being charged to your card. This means that if for any reason we are unable to send any of the items you ordered you will only be charged for the items we do send.
