Can I return my online purchases to a store for an exchange or refund?

Yes you can and this is the quickest way of getting your items refunded or exchanged...

You can find your nearest River Island store by using our Store Locator.

You will need to take with you either your despatch note (that you receive with your order) or your confirmation of despatch email.

Without a proof of purchase, you will not be able to receive a refund. You will only be able to receive a credit note to spend in store or an exchange to the current selling price of your items.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns in Selfridges or our Jersey store.
