
Exchanging goods
Unfortunately we are not able to offer an exchange service for your online purchase. However, exchanges accompanied with your despatch note as proof of purchase can be carried out in your local River Island store for customers in the following countries:-
- United Kingdom (excluding Selfridges and our Jersey store)
- Republic of Ireland
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
If you are unable to exchange your item in a local store, then you will have to send it back to us and re-order your preferred item.
