How long after I’ve sent my parcel back to you will I be refunded?

Returns made via the Post Office™ or Parcel Collection Service can take up to 28 days to process. You must include a completed Returns Slip in your parcel, stating the reason for the return.

Please allow up to 28 days for the amount refunded to appear on your payment card, if after this time you have not received your refund, please Contact Us and we will investigate why.

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.
