Win Tickets to Clash 'Select' Sessions (Twitter, Facebook, StyleInsider)

Wygraj podwójne zaproszenie na koncert The Dumplings oraz najnowszy album zespołu       

‘No Bad Days’.  (konkurs przeznaczony wyłącznie dla uczestników z  Polski).

1. Do konkursu mogą przystąpić wyłącznie uczestnicy z Polski. Warunkiem wzięcia udziału jest ukończenie 16 lat, najpóźniej w dniu rozpoczęcia konkursu.

16. W przypadku, gdy zwycięzca nie zgłosi się po nagrodę lub w inny sposób zostanie wykluczony z konkursu, nagroda nie będzie mu przysługiwać, a jego zgłoszenie zostanie unieważnione.

17. Podczas trwania konkursu mogą wystąpić zdarzenia, które uniemożliwią jego rozstrzygnięcie lub przyznanie nagród, z przyczyn niezależnych od River Island. Uczestnicy konkursu wyrażają zgodę, że nie będą w takich przypadkach dochodzić odpowiedzialności od River Island.

18. Uczestnicy zgłaszając się do konkursu wyrażają zgodę, że River Island może korzystać ze zgłoszonych przez nich wpisów do celów promocyjnych po zakończeniu konkursu. 

19. Uczestnicy konkursu przystępując do niego przyjmują do wiadomości wymienione warunki i je akceptują. 

20. Decyzja River Island dotycząca wyłonienia zwycięzców jest ostateczna. Inne niż wyraźnie wymienione w regulaminie formy komunikacji dotyczące konkursu nie będą podejmowane. 

21.  Imię i region, z którego pochodzi zwycięzca będą dostępne do lutego 2015 r. Dostęp do nich można uzyskać wysyłając wniosek do Departamentu Marketingu River Island na adres wskazany poniżej.

22. Organizatorem konkursu jest: River Island Clothing Co Ltd, Chelsea House, Westgate, London, W5 1DR. Organizator jest zarejestrowanym użytkownikiem danych osobowych, zgodnie z Ustawą o ochronie danych z 1998 roku (Data Protection Act 1998). Niniejsze warunki przystąpienia do konkursu nie naruszają jakichkolwiek ustawowych praw ochrony danych uczestników. "River Island" jest zastrzeżonym znakiem towarowym firmy River Island Clothing Co Ltd.
