8. The winner will be the first valid entry picked at random from all entries and will receive a €500 River Island voucher to spend in store. Gaming tax on this prize shall be paid by River Island.

9. The voucher may be spent in any River Island store in The Netherlands.

10. The winner will be drawn on Monday 5th  January 2015 at 12noon (local time) and contacted by email/phone at that time.

11. Only one entry per person will be counted as a valid entry.

12. The winner must claim their prize by 5pm (local time) Friday 30th  January 2015.  How to claim details will be provided when the winner is contacted by River Island.

13. In the event the winner fails to claim their prize or is otherwise disqualified from the prize draw, that prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void.

14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of River Island and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to River Island as a result thereof.

15. The winner may be required to take part in post-event publicity.  Entrants acknowledge that River Island may use entries in post-event publicity.

16. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

17. River Island’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the prize draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.

18. The name and province of the winner will be available until June 2015 and can be obtained by sending a request and return SAE to the Marketing Dept at River Island’s address below.
