You can have your order delivered to a River Island store that's convenient for you, choosing either Standard or Express delivery (selected stores only). Just select the option "Deliver to your chosen River Island store" at checkout when you're placing your order. This service is currently available at stores in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden.
Standard delivery in the UK is within 4 days of placing your order (excluding Sundays).
Express delivery in the UK is within 1-2 days of placing your order (excluding Sundays).
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden will vary depending on the store selected. We will confirm the expected delivery date at checkout when you place your order.

You'll be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Once you've received this "It's Arrived" email, please bring it to the store, along with proof of ID (this could be a credit/debit card, your passport or driver's license) when you come to collect your parcel.
If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, to prevent fraud they should present a copy of your "It's Arrived" email, along with proof of their ID (see above).
Please collect your order from store within 14 days. If you do not collect your order within 14 days, your items will be sent back to our warehouse and we will contact you to process a refund.
Unfortunately, delivery to a River Island store is not available on the iPad or iPhone apps at this time.
