If you have not received your "It's arrived" email to notify you that your order is ready for collection at your chosen store or your order has not been delivered to your home or business address within the timescales specified, please Contact Us. Please include your order number, which you will find on your till receipt or your order confirmation email.
We aim to fulfil all our orders however in very rare occasions we may run out of stock and will need to cancel an item(s). We will always inform you of this via email and a member of our customer services team will be in touch within 7 days to process a refund for the cancelled items. Please do not contact the store directly as they are unable to process refunds for cancelled items.
