Will my return postage be refunded?

For returns within the UK sending items back is free if you use the Freepost via any UK Post Office™ or arrange Via courier using the River Island Parcel Collection Service.

Please note that River Island does not cover the cost of international returns unless the items being returned are faulty. For faulty items returned from outside the UK, once we receive your returned parcel, we will refund you an amount based on the country you are sending the items from and how much the items weigh.

These amounts vary from country to country and will be refunded to the card you originally used to pay for your order.
