London Collections: Men is back in the capital this week, so we’ve enlisted stylist and presenter Stevie Style to bring us a daily round-up of all the must-see shows and parties, along with a look at
what he’s been wearing…
It's always a smart occasion at LCM and a Sunday especially means no holds barred.
Mixing and matching tailoring can freshen up suits you may have had for a while and add new interest to classic pieces. On their own these are all classic pieces but mixed together with summery colours in the tie and the shoes gives them a new slant.
Highlights of the day were Jonathan Saunders where the 70s trend I saw a lot was at its strongest both in colours and cut. Some great boxy blouson jackets and bombers that have been present for the past few seasons are still very current.
There were also lots of Asian and Oriental themes coming through. Agi and Sam had the strongest mix of both these trends with relaxed fluid robes, kimonos and jackets and wide cut longer legged shorts. Another great start to the UK’s biggest fashion event, I can't wait to see what Day Two has in store...
