Name: Fifi Newbery

Age: 24

Location: London

Sleeping position: Curled up in a tight ball.

Talk us through your bedroom style…  It’s full of neutral colours, with lots of plants and books. I like it to be cosy and calming.

What’s your bedtime routine/ ritual?  I like to properly wind down before bed. My phone goes away to charge and I have a shower, apply my skincare and have a cuddle with my doggy.

What’s the last thing you do before you go to sleep?  Kiss my boyfriend goodnight.

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?  I hate to say it, but the first thing I do when I wake up is look at my phone.

Are you a dreamer? If yes, what’s your most memorable dream? I have incredibly vivid dreams! My most memorable dream has to be when I shaved all my hair off for some unexplained reason. To be fair I think I rocked a buzz cut pretty well in my imagination!

Night owl or early riser? Early riser.

Top tip for a good nights sleep? Stop looking at your phone right before you try to sleep and try not to watch TV in bed.

What’s your go-to bedtime look? Baggy t-shirt or sweatshirt and a shiny face from all the moisturiser/facial oils I’ve just applied! So glam.

I couldn’t go to bed without... A huge bottle of water. I must sleep with my mouth wide open because I always wake up with my mouth as dry as the Sahara!

Name: Kristabel Plummer

Age: 31

Location: North London

Sleeping position: Front and side.

Talk us through your bedroom style… It’s an eclectic, colourful space that really reflects my personality. There’s only space for one gallery wall so I’ve made this into a feature and I love to get creative with my bedding. There’s a lot of clashing going on, but it works!

What’s your bedtime routine/ ritual? I’m trying to charge my phone away from my bed, so I have one last scroll, shower, start my skin/haircare routine and try and have a little read before the tiredness gets me.

What’s the last thing you do before you go to sleep? Set my alarm.

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up? Snooze my alarm. Then I psych myself up and make some coffee.

Are you a dreamer? If yes, what’s your most memorable dream? I do dream a lot! I had a really complex one recently relating to tennis and taking my braids out in a Jamaican restaurant.

Night owl or early riser? I can be both depending on the time of year. At the moment I go to bed at midnight and try to wake up at 7:30am.

Top tip for a good nights sleep? Stay off your phone! I try to keep a notebook by my bed to write down ideas or anything that’s stressing me out.

What’s your go-to bedtime look? PJs all the way! My room is pretty cold, so I’m in a full loungewear combo at the moment.

I couldn’t go to bed without… Taking my make up off properly. No one wants mascara marks on the pillow!

Name: Lauren Crowe

Age: 31

Location: Stamford

Sleeping position: On my back and diagonal across the bed! Unless I’m at my boyfriend’s house and shunned to my side of the bed.

Talk us through your bedroom style… White, bright and minimal to make it feel bigger and like I’m waking up in a hotel every day.

What’s your bedtime routine/ ritual? I drink as much water as possible, do my skincare routine and try to keep up with my gratitude journal, writing down all the good things that have happened that day!

What’s the last thing you do before you go to sleep? Think about the things I’m most grateful for.

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up? Drink lots of water again, then make a cup of tea and get back into bed to enjoy it.

Night owl or early riser?  Night owl in winter, early riser in summer.

Top tip for a good nights sleep? A clean and tidy bedroom with some lovely bedding to snuggle into.

What’s your go-to bedtime look? I always feel better going to bed in something matching or something new but right now it’s a sweatshirt and sweatpants vibe because it’s freezing.

I couldn’t go to bed without… Taking my make up off!

Get the look…

Sweet dreams!
