For information regarding an item returned in the UK, please only contact us if it has been more than 10 days since you posted your return.

For International returns it can usually take up to 28 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for us to receive your return depending on your location and which postal service you use, please only contact us after this period has elapsed

We are now at our busiest time of year and we’re working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. You can track your order in your online account and we’ll keep you updated if there are any issues. We will also send you a number of emails to keep you updated on the progress of your order. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that shows your expected delivery date. When your order has left our distribution centre we will send another email confirming when you will receive your order and a link so you can track it. Our carrier partners will also contact you when your parcel is on its way.

We are also keeping our online FAQ section up-to-date with all the latest RI information and we’re sure you’ll find what you’re looking for but if you can’t you can still contact us via our webform. Please include as much info as you can in the text box below, including: billing address, order date, return date, return tracking code, product description & any other relevant info. Please allow 48 hours for us to respond to your enquiry.
