1. What are you most looking forward to wearing this AW17?
I am a sucker for a good coat! Especially one that's oversized and cosy so I can still get away with wearing a crop top underneath in winter. I also love a good pair of boots, so I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of autumn.
2. Fave RI Plus piece?
There is a gorgeous (faux) fur collar parka jacket in at the moment that I am definitely going to have to purchase!
3. How did you become an influencer?
I started modelling years ago as a way to hopefully encourage and inspire people to see the beauty in themselves that we often miss, while trying to compare ourselves to society’s unrealistic standards of beauty. The narrative that we are force fed through media from birth is something I believe to be harmful to people's mental health. Beauty isn’t 'one size fits all’ and I wanted to represent people who look like me because representation is incredibly important.
4. If you could give your younger self any advicewhat would it be?
You are strong, capable and powerful beyond your wildest dreams. Don't let the bullies win and be as kind to yourself as you are to others.
5. Who is your ultimate girl crush and why?
My ultimate girl crush is Rihanna because her confidence is contagious and she could wear a rubbish bag and still look breath-taking.
6. What does a day in your life look like?
A day in my life is spent running between castings or photo shoots whilst being a mum - so not as glamorous as one might think! Lots of sweaty tube journeys and then home to help with homework and cook dinner.
7. Summer or winter dressing, and why?
Winter - because I can't wear coats in summer.
8. Must-have trend this season?
Mandarin collars, exaggerated sleeves and oversized puffer jackets.
9. How would you describe your style in three words?
Eclectic, casual, minimal.
