For UK orders placed on or after 17th January 2024, returns processed through our returns portal back to the warehouse will be charged £2 per return. You have 28 days, from when you receive your order, to send it back to us. The return charge will automatically be deducted from your refunded amount when processing your return.
Orders returned back to our UK stores (excluding Isle of Man and Jersey) will continue to be free of charge.
For International returns you will need to pay for your return using the returns portal.
When creating your return through the portal you will be emailed a QR code or returns label. Please use the address label provided, as any handwritten address labels will cause delays with your refund and may require you to pay import VAT and a customs duty charges when returning from international countries.
