What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

If you feel an item you received within the last 6 months has become faulty, please take it back to your local store to be assessed.

Proof of purchase is not necessary but will be helpful if you still have it. If you do not, please provide an estimated date and price of purchase.

Faulty items can also be returned to our distribution centre. Don’t forget to select ‘Faulty’ when asked for a reason for your return. For more information on how to return, visit our Returns page.

Worn your favourite item one too many times? Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.

Please note that we are unable to send replacements for faulty items.
