If you are returning online orders from the UK, we aim to process your return and issue your refund within 10 days of drop off.
If you are returning online orders from the Republic of Ireland or Internationally, we aim to process your return and issue a refund within 7 days of the parcel arriving at our distribution centre.
If you are returning a store purchase or online order to one of our stores, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you do not have the original credit or debit card, then your refund will be issued onto a River Island Refund Card.
For online orders, we will send you a Refund Confirmation email as soon as we have issued your refund.
Your refund will be visible on your statement between 1 and 10 days after it has been processed, in line with the processing lead times of your payment provider.
