Why do I no longer have a returns note?

From the 27th September 2021, we will be removing the returns note from our parcels. To complete a return please use one of the following options.

  • For orders placed online, go to your account and create a return against the order you wish to return.
  • For orders placed in store, take the items you wish to return to your nearest store. To find your nearest stores and opening hours use our Store Locator.
