Why have I not received a full refund?

To check if your return has been processed at our warehouse, follow the steps below to find out the status of your order, this will show the items that have been processed as a return.

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to 'My orders' tab
  • Select the order you wish to view
  • Once your item has been processed as a return, the status will be updated as ‘Returned’.

Your refund will be visible on your statement between 1 and 10 days after it has been processed, in line with the processing lead times of your payment provider.
