How do I recycle electrical goods?
River Island participates in the national Distributor Take-back Scheme for electrical goods.
To find your nearest recycling centre use the Recycle More website and enter your postcode.
Can I get a back-in-stock notification?
If an item is unavailable in your size and you see the notification option, select it and enter your email address. We’ll email you if the item becomes available again.
Sold-out items can sometimes come back into stock, including when items are returned, so it’s worth checking the product page again.
Some products may also be available in store. If you see the ‘Find in store’ option, you can check availability at stores near you.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to transfer stock between stores or arrange for stock from another store to be sent directly to you.
Where can I find care instructions?
Check the care label on the item first. If you need the information online, open the product page and look in ‘Product Info’ for the care instructions.
