Enter your promotion code in the promo code box during checkout.

If the code is valid, the discount should apply when you enter it. A country-specific promotion may not apply until you have entered your delivery address.

You can use one discount or promotion code per order, including free-delivery codes. If you enter more than one, the last valid code entered will be used.

How many times you can use a code depends on the individual promotion. Check the terms and conditions supplied with that code for any single-use or repeat-use restrictions.

Check the promotion terms and conditions that came with the code. Common reasons a code may not work include:

1. another promotion code is already being used; 
2. the code has expired; 
3. the code is only valid on certain items or excludes sale items;  
4. the code cannot be used for gift card;   
5. the code is only valid in a particular country; or 
6. the code was sent to a specific email address and you are using a different River Island account.

Promotion codes aren’t reissued or replaced when an order is cancelled or returned, so you won’t receive a new code to use again.

If you cancel or return an item bought using a promotion code, your refund will be based on the discounted price you paid for that item.
