This season, we’re going All Inclusive. Forget basic buffet food, we’re talking red hot holiday style. From kimonos and swimsuits to playsuits and sandals, we’ve got everything you need to take your getaway from meh to hell yeah. We jetted off to Lisbon, Portugal with a few of our closest friends in tow to talk us through their must-have packing pieces. The always fabulous, @laurennicolefk gives us a peek into hers…

Introduce yourself…

I’m Lauren Nicole.

What’s your classic holiday style?

Bright, bold, in your face and flirty!

What are your holiday essentials?

Body oil, highlighter, headphones and a power bank.

Who would you take on a family holiday?

My mama, my cousins Sarah and Simone, my aunty Denise and my bestie Andrea. They’re some of the most fun ladies I know.

Where would you go?

Ooh, either Bali or somewhere on the coast of Italy.

What’s the first thing you do when you turn your OOO on?

Celebrate, dance and then probably check my emails 10 minutes later...

How do you manage pre-holiday anxiety?

I like to be as organised as possible. So I'll shop super early, plan outfits and makeup looks (that then helps to figure out what eyeshadow palette I can bring) and pack fairly early.

What’s your airport style?

Comfort over everything, and if I think I might bump into my future husband, the addition of some lipgloss or a red lipstick.

Top tips for a stylish yet stress-free flight?

Organise your hand luggage well before, decide what you're wearing on the flight and what you might want to change into before landing.

What’s your go-to summer night party look?

Probably a shorts and a blazer co-ord, paired with some cute heels or even trainers.

What does your beach/pool kit look like?

Lots of different body highlighters, body oil, snacks, cash for drinks and a portable speaker. Maybe even an outfit change, if I'm trying to be extra, which is...often.

Why do you go on holiday?

I love travelling. The first time I got on a plane was when I was a few months old, and I've travelled almost every year, possibly twice a year since. My family have constantly instilled the importance of travel and seeing and understanding different cultures and how people live. Also, I love escaping from the hustle and bustle of London sometimes.

What’s the best thing about coming home?

Being in your own bed. I do love a hotel bed, but there's nothing like curling up in your own!
